Shipping Policy

 

Our company offers multiple shipping options for orders placed through our website. At this time, My Jewelry Plaza may only ship orders domestically. There are multiple options for both standard and expedited shipping based on the preference of the customer. 

Orders placed and processed from Monday - Friday will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship within the next 1-2 business days.

Items that require a ring resizing will need an additional 3-5 business days to personalize. Our business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once the item has shipped, you will be notified immediately.

Orders Shipped by United States Postal Service

The cost for expedited shipping through USPS is calculated based on the zip code of the shipping destination.

USPS Standard Shipping

  • Calculated during checkout based on zip code for delivery.
  • Shipping may take up to 3-7 business days.

USPS Priority Shipping

  • Calculated during checkout based on zip code for delivery.
  • Shipping may take up to 2-3 business days.

USPS Express Shipping

  • Calculated during checkout based on zip code for delivery.
  • Shipping may take up to 1-2 business days.

    Tracking Orders

    For your convenience, a link will be included in your order confirmation that will allow you to track the shipping of your order. All orders will include a tracking number through USPS.

    Order and Shipping Confirmation may include the following information:

    • Estimated Delivery
    • Previous location of package
    • Package weight
    • Package destination (zip code)
    • Order Sequence Number
    • Order Status
    • Projected date for delivery

    Return and Exchange Policy

    Customer service is our top priority! In the unfortunate event that you are not extremely satisfied with your order, please contact us so that we can make things right!
