Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

At My Jewelry Plaza, we are thrilled to make our customers happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return it for a refund or exchange. Returns are only an option for 30 days from the time that you receive your product. To return a product, you must make sure that the jewelry is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns that show damage, wear, or changes.

Items that are purchased during a Final Sale or are special orders are not eligible for return; however, our store may be open to same-price exchanges.

To process a return or exchange, you simply need to follow the return guidelines listed below.

 

Return Guidelines:


Step One: Use the Return Form

Contact our support team to initiate a return. Our support team will email a return label that can be printed out and placed on your return package. When we ship a package, we conveniently include an easy-to-fill-out return form. You can find the return form within your package. Use the form to indicate which items you are returning, and whether you want to exchange your jewelry for another piece or would rather receive credit. We ask that you also explain why you are returning your purchase so that we can seek to improve future shopping experiences.

Step Two: Package Your Items

When we receive your return, we expect the items to be in the same condition in which you received them. For instance, if you received a necklace secured in a padded envelope, then we expect it to return to our office the same way. Be sure to include the return/exchange form along with the item. If you want a receipt for your jewelry, you can purchase a confirmation of delivery at your local post office. Items that are worth $100 or more should be insured to avoid damage or loss in the mail. Be aware that you will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs, including those you initially spent to receive the item.

Step Three: Wait For Inspection

Our team will inspect and process the returned item within 5-7 days of it reaching our department. We cannot guarantee that items will return to us, so we advise customers use proper packing and insurance. Once the product has been examined, we will issue credit to your original method of payment and send you an email to let you know. If we receive an item outside our 30-day return period or if we receive a piece that is damaged, we will send it back to you without providing any credit. If you do not accept the package back, we will keep the jewelry without providing you with reimbursement. Please note that you are in charge of filing damages with the courier if something goes wrong during shipment.

My Jewelry Plaza reserves the right to reject returns that are not in compliance with the conditions stated above.
